With a passion for learning new things and solving problems, Haime is the quintessential engineer. While others shy away from complex issues, he strives for it. Born and raised in Recife, Brazil, Haime came to the USA at 16 years old for a one-year exchange student program. Quickly falling in love with the American way of life the one-year program became a lifetime commitment.
For the first part of his career, Haime worked in the banking and avionics software industry. However, his true passion lay in the energy sector, and for the next eight years, Haime worked for ABB High Voltage Services overseeing some of the most intricate energy projects around the world. He also worked for Valmont Industries in various positions of leadership overseeing global service, quality, manufacturing, and a newly created agriculture solar division.
Concerned about the clean energy problems of the 21st century, Haime saw SynTech as a viable solution to help the world. Haime attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln for his undergraduate studies in Computer and Electronics Engineering and is finishing his MBA in Contracts and Acquisitions from Bellevue University.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Chris has over 15 years of experience in the field of renewable energy resources and serves as the Hawaii Region Representative for SynTech.
